How does Personal Coaching work?
All coaching sessions are confidential and will involve a line of questioning that is uncommon in many coaching practices. These questions are based on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and, together with other techniques, were established from modelling excellence. They will challenge you to fully evaluate your current position, your future goals and perceived or real barriers to you achieving them. This will give you absolute focus and a clear vision of where you want your life to be.
The coaching process facilitates your personal development by increasing awareness and responsibility; which leads to ownership and greater commitment. By establishing the facts we will concentrate on the solutions; rather than the problem. We can then navigate the best path to reach your goals. Using NLP methods, you will learn how to set and create inspirational goals in a way that you will consistently achieve them; provided you focus on what you want to achieve and take the agreed, specific actions.
Initial Telephone Consultation (15 mins)
This involves an informal telephone conversation to discuss your current situation and determine your expectations and needs. The package and method of coaching will also be discussed so that you can decide on the best route for you.
First Coaching Session (1- 3 hours)
This and subsequent sessions will be one to one and at an agreed location. It will include discussing and jointly signing a Coaching Agreement to ensure 100% commitment on both sides. You may also complete relevant processes which are based on fact finding to ensure you achieve the best possible results.
Subsequent Sessions (1 hour minimum)
Each session will be tailored to your individual needs. By continually monitoring your progress, and giving honest feedback, we will celebrate successes, address obstacles, refocus attention, set and agree new goals and action plans. This will ensure you consistently achieve your goals and create a compelling future.
